We saw some amazing ruins yesterday. I’ve been to Pompeii, and these ruins were every bit as impressive as the ones I saw in Pompeii. They didn’t have the grandeur that the ruins in Rome do, but they were absolutely wonderful to see. It’s basically a whole city that you get to walk through. The best part is you can actually climb around in the ruins and touch it and feel it the same as that civilization did 2000 years ago. I don’t know why, but that is significant to me. It sounds cheesy of me to say it, but it’s as if I’m sharing a connection with those people long ago. Here are some photos.
